Atira J. Harris, MBA

Ms. Harris received her bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Riverside in 2004, with a focus in English and Visual/Performing Arts. During her undergraduate career she worked alongside Ms. Sayegh in student government and eventually became her successor as Associated Student Body President in her final year. She gained much enjoyment and experience being able to advocate for her fellow classmates.

Shortly after graduating, Ms. Harris joined the workforce and worked within retail management for different companies to include Wickes Furniture and CVS Pharmacy. She acted as the office manager and supervisor, respectively. During that time, Ms. Harris enrolled in a business graduate program and subsequently graduated with her MBA from the University of Phoenix in 2010.

In 2013, Ms. Harris enlisted in the Air National Guard as a Drill Status Guardsman with the 144^th Fighter Wing, Fresno, CA. In her current rank of Captain, she serves as the Maintenance Operations Flight Commander.

Ms. Harris has worked with Ms. Sayegh for over nine years. She performs as a paralegal and notary public for the law office.

In her free time, Ms. Harris enjoys baking and donates celebration cakes to children through the non-profit, Icing Smiles. She loves being outdoors: hiking, running, paddleboarding, and swimming. Also, anytime spent with family and friends!
