Education
Ms. Sayegh’s drive for success began early in her academic career while she attended the University of California, Riverside, seeking a degree in political science with an emphasis on law and society. There she served as President of the Associated Students, supervising over 45 people, carrying out the agenda for the organization, and working closely with the students of the university to ensure their needs were met.
Her tenure as President also acted to develop Ms. Sayegh into a leader through regular meetings with the Chancellor, Vice-Chancellor and other executive administrative personnel of the University, as well as meetings with the Mayor of the City of Riverside and numerous state committee members appointed by the Governor of California. Ms. Sayegh served on numerous state committees pursuing education reform and advocated for students’ rights at the national level, lobbying to Senators and Congressmen representing the State of California.
She earned her Juris Doctorate from Chapman University School of Law in 2006 where she was awarded the Cali Award in Client Counseling and Development. She served on both the Mock Trial Board and Moot Court Board at Chapman and was an active member of Phi Delta Phi and the Student Government where she served as Parliamentarian.
As part of Ms. Sayegh’s continued effort to provide the best representation for her clients, she completed all the training, education and testing required to be certified by the California Bar as a Family Law Specialist in 2020. Ms. Sayegh has also completed all training required to serve on the Alternative Dispute Resolution San Diego Family Law Bar Association list of providers and as a pro-tem judge with the court to help facilitate Mandatory Settlement Conferences for family law matters.
